The picture above does a better job of showing the detail of the landscaping we worked on yesterday. This will extend all along the west side of the new patio and future garden we plan on constructing. Todays work was again complicated by the heat and humidty. It was 94 degrees today and if were not for a stiff breeze there would have been no hope in working outdoors.
I forned another section of concrete and this time used plastic to prevent the new concrete from bonding to the old concrete instead of the sand that I have been using. The concrete would have been too thin at this point if I had used sand as a barrier. This small section of concrete took most of the day as the heat was so high it took a lot of breaks and cool water.
