TA DA!!!!!! That's what we were saying at the end of a long day of moving the shop office. But I'm getting ahead of myself. The first project of the day was a little paint touch-up and then I installed the paddle fan. I didn't get a picture of it but it was a Hunter brand and I had my difficulties hanging it. We have a house full of Emerson fans and I have gotten so used to installing them that this new brand left me reading the instructions. But its up an running and then it was time to move.

For those that have seen my previous shop office I can say that this new office will be NOTHING like the previous one. The previous one was filled with finish materials (pait/varnis/brushes) along with other peices and parts of projects and things that had no place other place to call home. The new office is intended to be well organized and a place to do work and not to store rejects from other places. So the move today involved as much throwing away things as it did moving things. Sandy cleaned everything that we moved and worked very hard to organize everything as I got the computers and other electronic equipment hooked up and running. By the end of the day we had everything moved into the office and even though at times we could hardly walk for the boxes, we didn't wuit until we had it all put away. The only thing left to do now is to get the cable hook-up working for the TV and install the glass shelves in the built-in. We have pictures to hang but for now the office is complete enough to use and I can move on to other projects.
