Charles A Swanson, born October 23, 1889 in Karlskorna, Sweden, registered for the WWI Draft and recorded that he was a naturalized citizen of America. His occupation was listed as farm helper for Oscar Breyfogle, which is his wife's father, in West Pullman, IL. He also indicated that he was tall and medium build with gray eyes and brown hair.
