Notes for Barbara ROYAL

Barbara's father:

Edward T. Royal died Friday, March 18, 2005, at his home.
He was an Army veteran of World War II. Edward retired from Mor-Ford Drywall in 1985. Since retirement, he has enjoyed farming.

His survivors include his wife, Evelyn; three sons, Edward, Jr., Claude and Todd, all of Independence; two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Don Hibdon of Independence, and Nancy and Charlie Morris of Buckner, Mo.; five grandchildren, Tresa Breyfogle, Tim Hibdon, Rick Morris, Dana Morris and Annie Cumpton; four great-grandchildren, Cheyenne, Matthew, Calen and Adrian; one sister, Madelyn Weaver; a sister-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, at New Salem Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to The Salvation Army, 14700 E. Truman Road, Independence, Mo. 64050. Arrangements are under the direction of New Salem Funeral Home & Cemetery, Independence.
