Notes for Leroy E. BREYFOGLE

Leroy's wife sent a copy of a Prairie Gold Area Council award earned by Leroy. This is an award known as "The Royal Order of The Black Eyed Donkey" and it was presented to Roy E. Breyfogle on September 11, 1971. We mention this here to document that Roy was more than likely involved in soucting as a leader or supporter during this time.
