Most of the family listings and information for Jacob Martz, son of Sebastian Martz was taken from a copy of the Martz Family Bible, published by Daniel D. Smith in New York in 1827. I have no information as to who may be currently in possession of this old Bible. The following information was taken from a copy of the Martz Family Bible. The cover sheet states that it was published by Daniel D. Smith in New York in 1827. Our photocopied sheets do not contain the information concerning who is currently in possession of this old Bible. If anyone has knowledge about the location of this Bible, please contact GSPC so we may add this to our copy.

Jacob MARTZ son of Sebastion MARTZ, and Frances LOOKER, daughter of James LOOKER was joined in the Holy state of matrimony on the 6th day of December 1803

John ZIRKLE son of Lewis ZIRKLE and Hannah MARTZ daughter of Jacob and Frances MARTZ, was joined in the state of Holy matrimony the 16th day of August 1832

Edmund ROSENBARGAR son of George ROSENBARGAR, and Elizabeth MARTZ daughter of Jacob and Frances MARTZ was joined in the Holy state of matrimony the 28th day of February 1833

Harrison HOMAN son of David HOMAN, and Anna MARTZ daughter of Jacob and Frances MARTZ was joined in the state of matrimony the 22nd day of October 1835
