Notes for Forrest Wesley BREYFOGLE, III

Forrest Breyfogle III founded Smarter Solutions (www.smartersoultions.com) in 1992 after a 24-year career at IBM. This Austin, TX based company specializes in helping companies throughout the world improve their bottom line and customer satisfaction through the implementation of techniques that are beyond traditional Six Sigma techniques.

He has authored or co-authored seven books as of 2005. The first book he authored was Statistical Methods for Testing, Development, and Manufacturing, which was published by Wiley in 1992. The second edition of his authored 1100+-page book, Implementing Six Sigma, was published in 2003 by Wiley. This book is a recognized comprehensive Six Sigma Black Belt body of knowledge reference and is used within many Six Sigma deployments.

Forrest Breyfogle is a Professional Engineer and ASQ fellow.
