Notes for Josie V. PECK

Mrs. Josie Breyfogle of West Pullman, Kansas, who is a daughter of the late Henry Peck, a former well known Baltimore and Ohio passenger conductor, has been making a short visit with relitives and friends here.

Mrs. Josie Breyfogle

Mrs. Josie Breyfogle, wife of Mr. Oscar Breyfogle, aged fifty-one years, died at her home, Halsted street and the Calumet River, Sunday, December 19th, after an illness of over a year.

The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Velte, a former pastor of the Baptist Church, conducting the services. The burial was in the family lot in Mt. Greenwood.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Breyfogle left three daughters, Mrs. Esther Swanson, of Crown Point, and Misses Helen and Martha, who are at home. She also left four sons, Hugh, Lawrence, Willis and Charles, all residents of West Pullman except Lawrence, who lives near Winnipeg, Canada, but who has been home for a time; and two sisters, Mrs. D. M. John, of West Pullman, and Mrs. Baum, of Milwaukee.

Mr. And Mrs. Breyfogle have lived on the old Breyfogle homestead for the past sixteen years and have a large circle of friends who will sincerely sympathize with the bereaved family.
