Notes for William Alexander BREYFOGLE

William Alexander Breyfogle, age 44 and living in Alta, Buena Vista, IA, registered for the WWI Draft and indicated he was a Teamster working in Alta, IA. He was married and listed his wife Ida as his closest living relative. He recorded that he was medium height and build with blue eyes and black hair. The handwriting on this card makes it look like William spelled his surname as Bryfogle, but the signature is clearly spelled in the traditional manner of Breyfogle.
